Run Explorer Full Screen

Start/Run/Regedit

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Console"
In the right pane find FullScreen and modify the value to 1.
Then go to:
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\Main"
In the right pane find FullScreen and modify the value to yes.

Exit/Reboot.
